Anyway, for you my friends,I wanted to tag my con report with photos from teh con, but I have failed. It is obviously too technical for a small lamo. :( Anyway, my pet has written a small verse to celebrate with her slash group. *what is that exactly???*

My first ever convention in 2005

Hi Everyone!

Well I first decided to go to a Stargate convention when I saw my pet gazing adoringly at her computer screen. See, there were these two gorgeous guys there…all the time! So, I gambolled over to the computer and took a good look.

Deciding that I wanted to go with her to SG 9, as the wolf convention was called, I set my bow tie at her. She said that although I was a picture of sartorial elegance, I needed a more appropriate wardrobe. So the lovely Miss Ellie made me some boonies and bandanas, which is apparently what any decent anthropuppy, or anthrolamo, should wear.

I went along, having lost the bow tie, and was first introduced to my pets friends at what was described as ‘the meet and greet’, where I was unceremoniously dumped in the Pringles tube!!!! Then this man, known as Kasuf & Erick, rescued me.

Then this other man, known as Master Bra’tac, or Tony, pushed and pulled me out of the Pringles tube, much to the amusement of those sitting at the table, including my pet!! He said they were ‘easy’. I am not sure what he meant, but I was mortified! I smelled of salt after that!

Another man, known as Fifth or Patrick, took a shining to me and wanted to take me home with him, obviously for some nefarious purpose, but my pet is rather attached to me, so Patrick was turned down. Still, I did get a very nice memento in the form of a photo with the lovely Fifth.

I sat on the back of a seat at the convention for one day, but I was bored. Until the photo sessions, where I had the most fun. Popping up in the most unexpected places.I loved my con experience and made many friends, including my pets playmates, Nicky, Sue, Sarah and others.

Welcome to my journal!

My name is Bob Lamo and I am a certified Stargate con slut!*g* I live in Taunton, Somerset which is in the UK for all you geographically challenged peeps out there. I am now almost 3 years of age and in that time I have packed in a hell of a lot of convention appearances which is basically what this blog is about. My human handler, Ann, thought it was time to get the word out about what I do. And what do I do I hear you ask? Stargate cons! YAY! oh and I chat up other sheep (off course!)

The significant others in my life are: Leila, Meekins and MCR - Michael Charles Robert. Yes, I'm Bi! LOL! Anyway, hope to catch you around my blog from time to time. Drop on by, have a drool over the photos and leave a little love ;)
